About
A steady conversation, from someone who’s been around long enough to know when not to rush.
Over the years, I’ve worked in every kind of setting Texas has to offer — from growing suburbs to inner-city neighborhoods to remote rural communities. I work with large mortgage companies, small private lenders, attorneys, servicers, and others involved in the foreclosure process.
That experience has taught me that foreclosure is rarely just a financial issue. It’s personal, complicated, and different for every homeowner.
No two situations are the same.
Some people want to keep their home if possible.
Some decide that selling before foreclosure makes the most sense.
Others choose to move forward in a way that avoids future complications.
There isn’t a single right answer — only the one that fits your situation.
What matters is understanding where you stand, what options may be available, and how timing affects each path.
When someone reaches out to me, I don’t tell them what to do. My role is to help you understand your situation clearly so you can decide what makes sense for you.
I don’t use call centers, scripts, or high-pressure tactics. Conversations are private, informal, and focused on your circumstances — not a one-size-fits-all solution. I’m happy to share my experience, and there is no cost to talk.
Sometimes that conversation leads to a solution I can help with. Sometimes it simply brings clarity. Either way, the goal is the same: helping you make an informed decision, on your terms, and in your time.
Experience doesn’t mean having all the answers.
It means knowing how to slow things down enough to find the right ones.

Texting is fine if calling isn’t convenient.
